We have an exciting position for a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant within the Civil and Geospatial Engineering at Newcastle University.

You will have the chance to undertake part-time PhD study under the supervision of an academic colleague in the school while also gaining teaching experience in a research-intensive environment.

The role will involve the delivery of teaching and related activities focusing on modern digital methods in Civil and Geospatial Engineering, including data analytics, computational modelling, digital twins, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Duration: Six years, carried out in conjunction with a part-time PhD.
International candidates are eligible.

You will join our Newcastle University’s Civil and Geospatial Engineering Group, a world top 100 and first on citation in the UK, according to the 2024 QS World Ranking.
